Does this deal include a domain name?
When you go to the signup page there are two options, one includes a domain name and one does not
Where are our servers located?
Our servers are physically located in the USA, we have found that despite many companies in many countries now providing the huge Internet connection needed to web hosting the USA still leads the world in terms of stability and speed.
How long is the minimum contract?
As we charge monthly you can terminate your hosting whenever you like. We don't demand our customers stay with us for a minimum contract.
How does payment work?
For payments we use PayPal as this gives you the freedom to pay monthly via your credit/ debit card or via your bank account. You do not need to be a PayPal member prior to signing up with us. If you would prefer you can also pay by bank transfer (UK residents only), please get in touch before you sign up if you wish to pay this way.
What kind of sites don't we host?
We will not host adult (porn) sites, anything illegal, basically anything that would make a nun blush, if you are not sure please get in touch before signing up.
Why are our prices in British currency?
Although our prices are listed in British currency it doesn't matter what country you are in if you want to host with us. Using PayPal you can pay in your own currency. If you are outside the UK you can use this tool to see how our prices relate to your own currency - http://www.xe.com/ucc/
How will I manage my hosting account?
For management we use the cPanel system, this is a graphical interface that makes every aspect of managing your account very easy.
